POLYCARBONATE CORRUGATED SHEETS

Kavya Roofing Polycarbonate sheets are made up of polymers. The polymer is given rainbow profile shape by different molding processes. Polycarbonate roof sheets are manufactured by the process of extrusion. Polycarbonate roof sheets are commonly called transparent sheets due to high impact resistance and glass like clarity.

Salient Features of polycarbonate sheets

Have very high impact strength

Light transmission of up to 95%.

Easy installation.

Light in weight.

Available in standard length of 3.00 mts.

High temperature tolerance (from -40°C to +130°C).

Excellent thermal and electrical insulation properties.

Material of Construction

These sheets are made of polycarbonate polymers which have excellent impact resistance, light transmission properties and are light in weight. To maintain the durability of these sheets, the sheets are thick and tempered and are laminated using appropriate materials.

Dimensions and Color

Thickness: Standard thickness is available in 0.50mm (TCT). It is also available in thickness of 0.60mm (TCT).
Color:
Polycarbonate sheets with their availability in various color ranges like brown, poppy red, merlin grey, blue, olive green or light grey are well known for aesthetic appeal.

Shapes:
The sheets are available in trapezoidal and sinusoidal profiles.
Length: As per the requirement.

POLYCARBONATE MULTIWALL SHEETS

Kavya Roofing Polycarbonate sheets are made up of polymers. The polymer is given rainbow profile shape by different molding processes. Polycarbonate roof sheets are manufactured by the process of extrusion. Polycarbonate roof sheets are commonly called transparent sheets due to high impact resistance and glass like clarity.

Salient Feature of Multiwall Sheets

Varying widths. Maximum width is 7 feet (2.1m).

Thickness: Can range from approximately 0.157 to 1.77 inches (4 to 45 mm).

Length: Dependent on the equipment.

Option to coextruded an ultra-violet (UV) protection layer on the top surface of the sheet

Transparent, translucent, and opaque colors possible.

High degree of thermal insulation

Light-weight material

Increased weathering resistance when coextruded with a UV concentrate from BMS.

Continuous production and high output possible.

Material of Construction

These sheets are made of polycarbonate polymers which have excellent impact resistance, light transmission properties and are light in weight. To maintain the durability of these sheets, the sheets are thick and tempered and are laminated using appropriate materials.

Panels

Clear – allows the more light and can be the best roofing during hot summer.
Bronze – Sheds odd light underneath it.
Opaque – lets very less light and can be the superior part of roofing during hottest days. Also, it helps the protection against UV rays.
